Using JobPilot Means Accepting These Terms
JobPilot is intended for legitimate business operations. Users must use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable local and regional regulations.
Organize, dispatch, and coordinate technician visits, emergency callouts, and recurring service appointments.
Monitor field team status, coordinate crew routes, log contractor hours, and dispatch operations.
Maintain detailed customer history, service addresses, AMC contract requirements, and gate permit databases.
Generate TRN-compliant AED billing invoices, estimate costs, and log invoice collections.
Review financial KPIs, material costs, technician utilization charts, and export performance audits.
Manage checklists, capture before/after site photos, collect digital signatures, and automate compliance alerts.
To maintain a secure workspace on JobPilot, customers must comply with the following account obligations:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, including passwords and MFA tokens.
Businesses must provide accurate, current, and complete corporate registration information during onboarding.
Only authorized personnel and active employees should access and operate company accounts and dispatcher dashboards.
Users must comply with local laws, corporate data guidelines, and internal company policies when entering record entries.
To maintain platform security, the following activities are strictly prohibited on JobPilot:
Attempting to bypass authentication parameters, access other customer databases, or probe network endpoints without permission.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the source code, layout systems, design logic, or API frameworks of JobPilot.
Uploading files containing viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, or other scripts designed to disrupt platform performance.
Using platform databases to harvest, scrape, or extract personal client details for unauthorized marketing or sales outreach.
Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or putting excessive structural load on platform server instances.
Sharing dispatcher credentials, mobile agent logins, or API keys outside authorized company circles or with third parties.
JobPilot, including its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of Neuralence Solutions FZCO.
Access to JobPilot operations is governed by subscription plans. Review our core billing conditions below:
Subscription fees are billed recurrently according to your selected plan parameters (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the customer prior to renewal.
Customers can upgrade plan levels or add license seats at any time. Changes will be billed proportionally on the next cycle.
Customers can cancel subscription services at any time. Services remain active until the conclusion of the active billing period.
JobPilot is designed for high availability and enterprise reliability. While we strive for uninterrupted service, maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuralence Solutions FZCO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data corruption, or scheduling errors) resulting from the use or inability to use JobPilot.
Neuralence reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts or API keys at our discretion if users violate these Terms of Use, engage in unlawful activities, compromise platform security, or fail to resolve billing payments.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect legal adjustments, regulatory modifications, or product additions. Continued use of JobPilot after updates constitutes explicit acceptance of the revised terms.
